Shipping & Delivery

Sweden

We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden. Once you have placed your order, the piece(s) will be shipped from us within 1-2 business days. Your package is sent directly to your mailbox or to PostNord's nearest delivery point (depending on the size of the package). Normal delivery time with PostNord is 1-2 days. 

In the case of unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 SEK for our handling the cost of the order and return shipment.

Europe

We offer free shipping on orders exceeding 1200 SEK, otherwise we charge a shipping fee of 120 SEK. Once you have placed your order, the piece(s) will be shipped from us within 1-2 business days. Orders within Europe have a delivery time of approximately 3-5 working days.

The rest of the world 

We offer free shipping on orders exceeding 1200 SEK, otherwise we charge a shipping fee of 120 SEK. Once you have placed your order, the piece(s) will be shipped from us within 1-2 business days. The delivery time varies depending on which country you order from but it will be approximately 7 working days.

If you are a customer residing outside of the EU, please note that our prices are excluding VAT and that shipping costs do not include customs duties or other taxes/import fees that may be levied in your country of residence. These potential extra charges applied to countries outside the EU will be paid by you. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding this.

If you want to return an item, we unfortunately will not be able to refund any customs duties or taxes that you have paid for delivery of the products.
