HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? 

We want you to be happy with your pieces from diddi & friends. If, for any reason that you are not, we accept a return with a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage, SEK 39) upon return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To make a return, the piece(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them, i.e. unused, unwashed, and with the label still attached.

STEP BY STEP RETURN GUIDE

1. Send an email to hello@diddiandfriends.com including the information about your order number that you want to return. We will respond with a QR code for you.

2. Put the diddi & friends piece(s) you want to return in the paper bag in which the goods were delivered.

3. Go to any PostNord representative and get you QR code scanned. They will print a return label to stick on the package. It is important that you save your submission receipt until you receive a confirmation email from us that we have received your item.

4. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email and make a refund (excluding postage). It can take up to a week for the money to be back in the account.
